For ski and cross-country ski rentals, booking is not required, as a wide selection of equipment is always available. For bike rentals, during July and August, we strongly recommend booking by phone to ensure availability.
In case of loss or theft, the current value of the rented item must be reimbursed. Items are not insured against theft.
In winter, ski rental locations are open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. During off-peak seasons, a short lunch break (30 minutes) may apply depending on the location. In summer, the Welsberg bike rental is open 8:30 am to noon and 1:00 pm–6:00 pm, while St. Magdalena is open 9:00 am–12:15 pm and 1:00 pm–6:00 pm.
Yes, the rental period can be extended at any time, even without notice. The price difference will be charged accordingly.
For ski and cross-country ski equipment, collection is possible the day before, between 4:00 am and 5:00 pm, at no extra cost. This is not available for bike rentals.
For ski and cross-country ski rentals, you can return equipment by 10:00 am the next morning free of charge, if it was not used on the scheduled return day. This is not possible for bike rentals.
Payment can be made in cash or by card (Visa, VPay, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express). Pagobancomat is not accepted. For online bookings, card payment only is available.
Huski ski rentals are located at the valley stations of the ski lifts in St. Magdalena, Pichl, Taisten and Antholz. Bike rentals are located in Welsberg (junction to Gsies Valley) and St. Magdalena (at the valley head).
Refunds are granted in case of illness or accident, upon presentation of a medical certificate. Bad weather, lift closures, missed lessons or early returns do not entitle you to a refund.
Yes, equipment can be returned to any other Huski rental location free of charge and without prior notice.
Yes, an exchange is always possible and free of charge, subject to availability. If you switch to a higher category, a price supplement applies.
In Italy, helmets are mandatory for adults and children when skiing or tobogganing. For cycling, helmets are not compulsory, but highly recommended.
Huski Antholz: plenty of free parking
Huski Taisten: plenty of free parking
Huski Pichl: plenty of free parking
Huski St. Magdalena: paid parking in winter, free in summer
Huski Welsberg: plenty of free parking
Ski rentals: Early/mid-December to early March. Bike rentals: May to October. Outside these periods, opening by appointment is possible (ski & bike rentals).
For online bookings, only category selection is available. For phone bookings, specific models can be reserved upon availability.
No, multi-day prices apply only to consecutive rental days.
