SUBSIDIES
Huski Stefan Leimgruber during the year of 2020 has received de-minimis subsidies of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano of 20.400 €.Huski Stefan Leimgruber during the year of 2021 has received de-minimis subsidies of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano of 4.900 € and covid19 subsidies of 6194,44 €. Huski Stefan Leimgruber during the year of 2023 has received de-minimis subsidies of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano of 578,62 € (subsidies on interest rates)as well as 9804,65 € (subsidies for investments) and 3462,00 € (subsidies digitalisation).
TERMS & CONDITIONS SKI RENTAL, CROSS-COUNTRY SKI RENTAL, DEPOT & ACCESSOIRES
The reduced multi-day rate according to the price list applies exclusively to consecutive days. Otherwise the daily rate applies. Bad weather conditions do not exempt you from paying the rental rate.Transfer of rental equipment to third parties is strictly prohibited. In the event of breakage or theft, the current value of the rental equipment must be paid.In case of illness or injury of the lessee, the following regulation applies (exclusively upon presentation of a medical certificate): Immediate return of the rental object and reimbursement of the rental rateHUSKI di Stefan Leimgruber does not accept any liability for accidents of any kind.The rental tariff in the valid amount includes the legal value added tax.When adjusting the binding, ski boots will be adapted to the binding, but in accordance with ISO standard 11088 no safety adjustment and inspection will be carried out. Therefore, no safety adjustment.Avalability of rental equipment can only be guaranteed if it is booked in advanced.
TERMS & CONDITIONS TOWARDS E-BIKE, BIKE & BIKE ACCESSOIRES RENTAL
- Breakage (damage): There is no insurance coverage in case of breakage (damage). An additional agreement against breakage & damage between the renter and Huski di Stefan Leimgruber has a price of 6.00 € (Eurosixcommazero). Without the additional agreement against breakage & damage in case of breakage (damage) the renter will be charged any repair costs
- Loss (theft): There is no insurance coverage in case of loss (theft). In case of loss (theft), the renter will be charged the current value of the rental object.RefundsThere is no refund if there is a switch to rental objects with lower rental fees. There is no refund if the rental object is returned earlier as agreed. There is no refund in case of (bad) weather conditions. The rental will be charged another full rental day if the rental object is returned later as 18:00 (6pm) of the agreed day of return. In case of illness (accident) the rental costs are refunded starting from the following day of the occurrence of the illness (accident) after presentation of a medical certificate.
- Validity: The renter agrees to the general terms and conditions after complete or partial payment by CASH-EUR, VISA, MASTERCARD, VPAY, MAESTRO whereby PAYPAL. Italian law is applicable. Court of jurisdiction is the Provincial Court of Bolzano. Court language is German.
