- In the event of a flat tyre, gear or drive issues, or similar problems, please contact Huski by phone or WhatsApp at +39 349 7046522. The Huski team will decide whether to replace or repair the bike. Please note that service time may vary depending on current workload.
- No, pushchairs are not available for rent. However, trailers for children are available and can be attached to bikes only.
- If you rent the bike for several consecutive days, you can charge it overnight free of charge at the Huski rental station, with drop-off and pick-up during opening hours. Charging cables are also available free of charge. Please note that most bike batteries cannot be removed.
- Yes, you can usually charge your bike at bars or similar places, but partial charging takes several hours, and short charging times are generally ineffective.
- No, bikes are not available for seasonal rental. However, at the end of the season, selected e-bike models may be available for purchase, on request and depending on availability.
