One of the most scenic full-day bike tours in the Dolomites. From Welsberg, ride the Puster Valley cycle path to Toblach, then follow the Cortina road, passing Lake Toblacher See and Lake Landrosee with breathtaking views of the Three Peaks/3 Zinnen Dolomites. In Schluderbach, turn onto the forest road leading up to the Plätzwiese (note: the junction is slightly hidden – on the main road opposite the car park, just after the apartment buildings). Climb up to the Plätzwiese plateau, enjoying panoramic views and refreshment stops at three mountain huts. Return entirely downhill; at the junction into the Prags Valley, turn left back to Welsberg.
